In the deluxe room, we had everything we needed - a cozy bed and a really nice bathroom with both a bidet and a shower. 😊.

i greatly enjoyed the hotel, it's absolutely gorgeous and cool and the location is excellent on the outskirts of florence. the deluxe king room was top-notch, included a shower and a bidet. the pool was lovely and i had wonderful drinks in the wine bar. had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost.

Units with a view. Location close to bus transportation to Florence. Hard-working and really helpful staff during our stay🙂🙂

The staff here are very friendly and considerate, and the location is breathtaking, right next to the restaurant.

The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help. The room was very clean and very nice. We have one small child and it was perfect. Lots of room to walk around outside and restaraunts are very close. The hotel does a great job of recommending activities and restaraunts. The drive to Florence was very easy as well.

There was a coffee pot, but no coffee so I would recommend bringing your own. The hotel did provide us with some when we asked. Also, the playpen they gave us for our son was e15, which is a little pricy considering most places give them to you free of charge.

We didn't have time, so we also will be back.

The room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable, plus all the staff were amazing and very attentive to guests.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, The hotel was well set up for families (washing machines, drying facilities) and the pool area was lovely. It even had a sandy beach! The views from our room were fantastic.

My only concern was that if we had had to eat inside, there would not have been enough room. As it was, the weather was beautiful, so we moved the chairs and table outside.

The staff here are always working hard to make your stay enjoyable. They offer a great variety for breakfast, with options like coffee, meats, and delicious cakes to choose from. 🥐

The staff were outstanding - very professional, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The location was excellent for us - we were attending a wedding and series of parties in the area. The pool was super - a good size, clean and attractive surroundings. The apartment had everything we needed - including plenty of hanging space, swimming towels etc.

The directions to the Villa once one gets into Impruneta could be improved. Almost everyone got lost before finding the place.

Good value for the money. Staff is incredible: helpful and kind. Very clean. Great location where one is close to Florence for day trip by local bus (easy!) but also in a small town with views of Chianti hills, vineyards and olive groves. Great access to local restaurants which did not disappoint. Also so close to all Chianti area wineries and hill towns. Very nice breakfast includes freshly baked breads, fruits, yogurt, and meats and cheeses. Also freshly made coffee drinks to order...try the cafe latte!

had a perfectly pleasant stay for our short visit. our suite had a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating. beautiful and excellant location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. the restaurant was lovely, offered fine food. the stuff was responsive - we would return here.

Staff is attentive and thoughtful. You can park your car on-site. the location is amazing and lovely. Next to the bus to Florence. Local supermarket and good restaurants nearby. All the staff were more than helpful; most pleasant and welcoming.

No complaints at all. The hotel location was perfect for us but is 40 mins by bus from central Florence
